Note: Prices exclude VAT, materials, ULEZ, parking, and congestion charges (if applicable).

⏱ How We Charge

  • Minimum 1-hour charge applies to all call-outs.

  • Work is billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour, until the job is complete.

  • Out-of-hours work (evenings or bank holidays) is quoted individually — half-hour increments do not apply.

  • All pricing is based on one engineer or the minimum number required for your project. Multi-engineer jobs are quoted individually.

  • Material purchases are charged at cost + mark-up, with a maximum of 1-hour labour for collection.

  • For call-outs exceeding 8 hours, daily payment is required.
