Dulwich, SE21 2 Bedroom Flat - Rewiring
A recent rewire completed in Dulwich, SE21 by NOD Electrical Services. This flat hadn’t been touched for over 60 years. We were instructed to rewire the flat to mid spec, directly engaged by the owner rather than working through a contractor.
Downlights - Hallway
With a long corridor serving all the rooms. We installed runs of downlights at each juncture the corridor was split into two circuits with the social areas being separated from he bedrooms allowing more control.
New Consumer Unit
A new Fusebox Consumer Unit was installed with RCBO’s protecting individual circuit’s and an SPD protecting the whole installation from any potential spikes on the local electrical network.
Looped Supply in VIR and an Earth Rod
A new sub-main was installed 25mm Steel Wire Armoured Cable replacing the original suipply cables.
