Electrical work can affect trading, staff, tenants and critical equipment. We discuss access and likely interruptions before work starts, agree practical sequencing and identify where isolation or out-of-hours arrangements may be needed.
- Site assessment and defined scope
- Coordination of isolations and access
- Phased installation where practicable
- Testing and appropriate handover documentation
- Clear explanation of defects and priorities
Inspection-led, compliance-focused
We work to the applicable requirements of BS 7671 and relevant health and safety duties. City & Guilds 2391 supports our inspection and testing capability; NAPIT registration provides independent assessment of the registered contractor.
For existing installations, an EICR records observed condition and identified safety issues. Not every departure from a newer edition of BS 7671 automatically makes an installation unsatisfactory.
Where appropriate, we provide electrical certificates or condition reports and discuss remedial works separately.

Can you work outside normal business hours?
We can discuss access and scheduling to reduce disruption. Availability and any out-of-hours charges are agreed when planning the work.
Do you replace three-phase distribution boards?
We can assess commercial distribution equipment and quote for suitable alterations or replacement based on supply characteristics, design requirements and safe isolation arrangements.
Can you help with emergency lighting?
Yes. We can advise on emergency-lighting installations, maintenance and testing, with the scope informed by the premises' fire risk assessment and applicable standards.
Do you provide ongoing electrical maintenance?
Yes. We can discuss planned checks, remedial work and reactive support appropriate to the premises and its operational requirements.
Will the work come with certificates?
